Privacy Notice

TradeKit is designed to work without an account. This notice describes the information the site and tools handle in the current version.

Figures entered into tools

Calculations and invoice previews run in your browser. TradeKit does not send calculator inputs, customer details or invoice contents to a TradeKit application server. Avoid sharing sensitive information through any public online service unless you have checked how it is handled.

Invoice business profile storage

The invoice generator saves selected supplier profile fields you mark as saved in local browser storage on your device. That storage is not sent to TradeKit by the tool. Customer names, addresses, invoice numbers and line items are not saved in local storage by the generator. Clearing site data in your browser removes the saved profile.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, request headers, URL and security events to deliver the site and protect its infrastructure, subject to its own terms and privacy materials. TradeKit does not currently run its own visitor analytics.

Cookies, advertising and analytics

This version does not include analytics tags, advertising code, account features or payment processing, and TradeKit does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking or another third-party service is added, this notice must be updated before it is enabled. For Google advertising, publishers must disclose relevant data use and comply with consent requirements that apply to UK visitors.

Your choices

You can use most tools without entering identifying information and clear saved business-profile fields through your browser’s site-data controls. Hosting logs are handled by the hosting provider under its own retention and privacy policies.
